I’d worked for five years as a scuba diving instructor, and was fortunate enough to live on sun-kissed beaches of some of the most beautiful places on Earth. Penang Island, Malaysia. Ko Phi Phi Le, Thailand. The coast of Cancun, Mexico. These spots are true paradises.
But on my travels, I witnessed first-hand the destruction our broken food production system is wrecking on our natural world.
One day I decided I couldn’t keep watching. I had to intervene.
