I am a serial builder who loves integrating business with social impact.

Currently I am Co-Founder and CEO at Barti, where we make software that enables optometrists to focus on their patients.

Previously, I spent two years as a management consultant and intrapreneur at Bain & Co where I developed new software for Fortune 500 organizational transformations and also built my own ML-focused venture within the firm’s accelerator, the Baincubator.

The first company I built was CheckTheQ (now Qstodian) in 2016, which helped more than 50 venues like St. Louis Airport to reduce wait times with queue-management software.

During my internship with Bain & Co, I determined that an authentic approach to social impact required different experience, and I wanted to help provide the type of education that enabled my own success as a first-gen college student. I joined Teach for America and worked as a high school math and special education teacher before returning to Bain. While helping my students beat city and state growth averages, I also earned a Master of Teaching degree.

I was honored to graduate Magna Cum Laude from Washu and win recognition by the national publication Poets & Quants as a Top 100 business student in the country.
