An AI expert with a penchant for making an impact in healthcare, lover of Greek philosophy, avid reader and a hunger to always better myself.

I began my career in the elite Israeli Defense Force technology program “Talpiot”. I then went on to lead the AI research in the Israeli Air Force, where I initiated and led several teams focused on machine learning and computer vision projects. I hold a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and have published multiple academic papers on deep learning.

I am currently the CEO of Aidoc, a healthcare AI company focused on using deep learning to tackle the common challenges facing hospitals around the world, including managing rising patient volumes and coordination of patient care. Since establishing the company in early 2016 with close friends from the Talipot program, I've led the company through 4 rounds of investment (total of $240M), drove the commercial availability of the AI Care Platform, which is home to 9 Aidoc-developed and 6-third party medical imaging algorithms and a cardiovascular and neuroscience care coordination set of products. With a pool of 350 employees with a diverse set of talents, Aidoc is currently making an impact on over 1,000 medical facilities worldwide.
