I am a serial entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience building products & services to help people leverage technology and achieve more with less. Trained as an Architect but with a passion for building and not buildings, I realized my career path was in making technology products and not architecture. I am focusing that passion on empowering people with tools & resources to grow their careers as Founder & CEO of Teal. In 4 years, the team at Teal has grown the platform & community to almost 1,000,000 users committed to growing their careers.

After working as an architect and while being adjunct faculty at Columbia’s Graduate School of Architecture, I co-founded the technology consulting firm CASE In 2008. We grew CASE to a team of 63 and worked with clients such as Google, Disney & Apple. CASE went on to be the first acquisition made by WeWork in 2015. At WeWork I held the titles Chief Product Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Development Officer and eventually Chief Growth Officer. I led the teams responsible for Real Estate Leasing, Design, Construction, Sales & Marketing. While there I partnered to launch product lines such as WeWork Enterprise, WeWork HQ and We Membership. In a span of 4 years we built a global growth team that opened and sold over 2 million square feet of space per month.

The experience of leading and growing a team at such a high pace drew me to my excitement for careers & the HR space. My mission now is to empower every professional with the career guidance and resources they need to make career decisions with confidence. That happens by providing the level of tooling and infrastructure that companies have, but powered by a professional career platform.
