Ariel is an Israeli-American entrepreneur with vast experience in the E-commerce, fintech, technology and payment fraud worlds.

At the age of 16, he founded and scaled his first E-commerce company. After serving in the Israel Defense Forces for three years as a technology unit chief, his new career path led Ariel to relocate to Florida to work for a fintech company where he served as Head of Merchant Services and later managed the entire business operations.

His younger brother, Avia Chen, the ultimate partner in any challenge, has launched multiple successful E-commerce brands with Ariel, transforming fully-bootstrapped businesses into eight-figure companies built on Shopify that serve half a million customers globally. In the wake of high fraudulent chargeback rates, Ariel and Avia have once again teamed up to reinvent the system and assist other merchants.

Their mission at Chargeflow is to empower merchants to navigate the fraud and chargeback worlds. They aim to solve a problem that every retailer and online business experiences when launching or scaling their business.
