With The Selection Lab, me and my team aim to bring structural change to the way people find their best suited employer and to how employers select talent that truly matches with their DNA. By using validated psychometric instruments, context data and AI in this process we force ourselves to stay fact-based and get smarter over time. In doing so we empower and utilize human intuition. All the while reducing biases and unsupported assumption which have been hampering growth for so long.
