Over the past 25+ years, Jerry has held senior executive leadership positions with full P&L responsibility and established a track record of building and running very profitable high growth EdTech, education, training and publishing businesses.

As an eLearning pioneer, Jerry is a product and partnership innovator who knows how to balance strategy with day-to-day operations. His collaborative management experience spans IT Certification training, paid subscription journals publishing, career licensed education, test prep, adult continuing education, workforce and professional development, and personal enrichment. Jerry grew Education To Go (ed2go – www.ed2go.com) from $4MM to $36MM (2004-2014), through partnerships with 2,000+ colleges and universities and played a key role in the success of Career Online High School (http://www.careeronlinehs.org/). COHS broke new ground as an accredited career-focused affordable and accessible solution for the advancement of adult dropouts through initial corporate partnerships with Taco Bell, McDonalds, and Walmart – along with major public library systems like County of Los Angeles Public Library, San Diego Public Library, and many more.

Jerry has start-up experience; having raised more than $30MM in VC funding and also executed and implemented acquisitions and divestitures. He's managed businesses with 25-300 employees across multiple locations, top-line revenue in the $25MM - $70MM range – and averaging 10-25% CAGR.

Prior to his work in EdTech, education, training and publishing, Jerry held senior program management roles with high-tech companies serving different public utility sectors; with responsibility for the development and implementation of large communication and information systems - for domestic and international customers.
