Serial entrepreneur, Stuart is CEO of Suiso - a developer of breathrough Hydrogen generation technology. A member of the founding team, Stuart has led business through set up, first recruitment, financing, grant applications, business and partner development, and site location and set up.

A graduate engineer, Stuart previously worked in corporate finance for more than 25 years working with some of the world's largest banks and tech focussed boutiques. He has advised clients on venture and private equity fund raising, M&A (disposals and acquisitions) and IPOs. A key focus has been technology and life sciences businesses but Stuart has also worked with a diverse range of companies from financial services to ports. He has worked with business at all stages of their development from start-up through to exit.

Stuart has also founded a number of businesses and grown them organically as well as with venture investment. He has full first hand experience of the pressures of being a founder entrepreneur.

From time to time, Stuart also acts as a Non-Exec for businesses that need support on managing growth, finance/investment, preparing for an exit, change of ownership and general shareholder interests.
