My approach to business is quite simple - look for big problems and fix 'em. And while most typical payment products "work", oftentimes they fail to truly delight users or keep-up with ever-changing needs, desires and expectations. My background and passion is identifying these situations, figuring out a better way to make and/or receive payments, and deliver a materially better solution. I've had great results so far, and more are coming!
As a point of clarification, from October 1996 through December 2009, I never changed jobs. The company and title changes were as a result of progressive, positive M&A activities.
