Mike Uchrin is an accomplished senior healthcare executive, most recently having co-founded Monogram Health, a company focused on transforming the delivery of kidney care. Previously, Mike led the growth of Health Choice, the managed care and insurance business unit of private equity sponsored IASIS Healthcare (recently acquired by Steward Health Care) from a small Arizona Medicaid plan into a robust regional managed care organization operating 5 health plans and two accountable care networks. Under Mike’s leadership, Health Choice grew to more than 650,000 distinct Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial members through its health plans, integrated delivery networks, and managed care solutions for self-insured employers. Prior to becoming the President and Chief Executive Officer of Health Choice in 2012, Mike served as the Chief Operating Officer beginning in 2006, and as the Chief Information Officer in 2005.
