I am the founder and CEO of Form Health, the national leader in science-based obesity care.

I founded Form Health in 2019 after a career working at the intersection of health tech and investing. Form grew out of the recognition that changes in telemedicine technology and recent weight loss-related pharmacological innovations could be leveraged to deliver evidence-based care that could meaningfully address the obesity epidemic.

Prior to Form, I spent time at Bain & Company, Berkshire Partners, and Castlight. I was a member of the founding team at Grand Rounds, now called Included Health. And I currently serve on the boards of Bicycle Health and Crossover Health.
