Dave has been part of four high-growth technology companies; including helping launch Irish-founded recruitment technology companies, Mustard and TempBuddy.

He has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Masters Degree in Marketing. In 2018, he successfully built an online consumer brand from concept to profitability in parallel with his full-time role. The e-commerce company was acquired, May 2019.
