Vishal is a key leader in India's Aerospace and Defence growth story and was one of the youngest CXOs in the Tata Group. He is currently building Jeh Aerospace to help the global aerospace industry leverage Indian aerospace capabilities to achieve a resilient, responsible, and resourceful supply chain.

Vishal played a critical leadership role in the growth of Tata's Aerospace and Defence business. He has negotiated large Joint Venture deals, attracted multi-billion dollars worth of business, set up substantial green field projects, delivered extreme production ramp-ups, and turned around sick business units. He was selected for the TAS, Tata Group's flagship leadership program and Boeing's Organization Leadership Program at St. Louis.

He is a top-class achiever and is appreciated by his leaders, customers and suppliers for his integrity, leadership, perseverance, emotional maturity and resourcefulness.
