By background, I am a Digital banker with experience across retail banking with deep understanding of profitability drivers and regulations. Building disruptive products has always been my passion. Scaling them is how I have measured my success. Innovation should always mean 10 or 100X!

I hv driven multiple innovations and multi-functional digital transformation projects at banks/ Fintech including

- As digital platforms head, led the team for complete revamp of HSBC India retail banking digital capabilities - New mobile app, Internet banking and digital payment suite (E-nach, UPI, bill payments)

- As the first Product and Program head of Kotak 811, India's first fully reimagined digital savings account, headed a team of product and program managers who oversaw from strategy to execution the launch to first 18 months journey. Multiple first in market initiatives like instant vpa handle, video welcome kits, digital only pricing etc

- Launched Kotak Now - India's first video kyc based savings account

- Turned Kotak Jifi, India's first digital savings account to profitability and launched over 5 savings account variants as part of digital program suite at Kotak Bank

- Product head of team which launched Network online, the payment gateway of network international & SBI e-Pay.

- Worked on launch of Times cobranded card

- Billpay to India, India's first bill payment portal for NRIs

- Launched Smartbuy portal for HDFC Bank

- Launched reward points redemption bundled with EMI for HDFC Bank.

- Launched Instant branch decisioning for personal loans at HDFC Bank.
