I'm the Co-Founder and CEO of Gympass, a complete corporate wellbeing platform that ignites and fuels every journey to feel good. A one-stop-shop with all wellbeing verticals (physical, mental, sleep, nutrition), In person or digital. Our platform connects +2K organizations, thousands of members, +50K gyms & studios, +50 partners apps (fitness, meditation, nutrition), +5K personal trainers.

Gympass was born out of a problem I had while working as a consultant at McKinsey & Company back in 2011. I was constantly traveling to new cities for project assignments and had trouble finding a local fitness option that wasn’t expensive or time-consuming to access.

A year later, during a stint at Harvard Business School, I was sitting in a Strategy class when I conceived a solution for the dilemma - an ecosystem of fitness facilities, wellbeing partner apps and personal trainers. With the help of former colleagues, I could put together a business plan and managed to secure enough investment to drop out of Harvard and make this idea a reality.

Gympass was first created to solve a problem, but after a few years of it’s launching, We discovered the platform could play an important role on tackling a huge opportunity: to make wellbeing universal.

Based out of Gympass’ headquarters in New York, I oversee worldwide operations implementing the company’s overall strategy. With more than ten years of business management experience, previously worked at firms including CVC, McKinsey & Company and AC Nielsen.

Originally hailing from Minas Gerais in Brazil, I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Universidade de São Paulo and attended Harvard Business School before dropping out to found Gympass.
