Driven by my passion for exceptional design, I serve as the co-founder and CEO of Ernesta, a Series A interior design startup. At Ernesta, we're reshaping the landscape of home design for consumers. Through its custom-sizing, seamless service, and best-in-class technology, Ernesta dramatically improves the rug buying experience - serving an unmet need for the consumer and in doing so, changing the rug category entirely.

Prior to Ernesta, I was the Founder and Executive Chairman of Peloton. I also served as chairman of our board of directors since April 2015. I’m an avid cyclist and boutique fitness addict, and leveraged my tech and business experience to create Peloton, the largest interactive fitness platform in the world.

Prior to founding Peloton in 2012, I served as a President at Barnes&Noble from 2010 to 2012, where I ran the Nook business. For the previous decade, I led various consumer technology brands, including as CEO and Co-founder of Pronto.com, CEO of Evite.com and, starting in 1996, was an early leader of Citysearch.com. I began my career working in manufacturing at Mars Inc. for six years. I earned a Bachelors of Science degree, with honors, in industrial engineering from Georgia Tech (Georgia Institute of Technology) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
