I am the Founder and CEO of Flexzo AI, building AI-led workforce and insourcing infrastructure for healthcare and education systems. Flexzo helps providers reduce agency dependency, improve compliance, and regain control of workforce cost and quality through intelligent staff banks and automation.

Before Flexzo, I co-founded KPI Health, where I provided the initial seed capital and helped grow the business from inception to over £20m in annualised revenue and £1m+ in annual EBITDA, without external investment. The business scaled nationally across healthcare staffing, compliance, and workforce solutions, and I stepped back in 2023 following a successful exit.

My early career was in medical recruitment, including senior leadership roles at Pertemps Medical Group, followed by Director-level positions in healthcare tax and advisory businesses. This gave me deep operational exposure across staffing, finance, compliance, and NHS procurement.

Alongside operating Flexzo, I am an active angel investor in early-stage healthcare companies across clinics, pharmacies, pharmaceutical production, and international healthcare services. I typically invest at pre-seed or seed stage, with cheque sizes under £100k, and support founders on go-to-market strategy, scaling, and operational execution.

I am particularly interested in businesses solving real structural problems in healthcare through technology, data, and better operating models.
