I build things - companies, teams, processes, and tech-enabled solutions. I solve problems and enjoy the “science project” aspect of innovating business operations in the 21st century. I assemble teams of individuals with the same drive and intellectual curiosity that like doing cool stuff. It’s never easy, and in many cases it’s not fun – but the experience is always worth it.

In over 30 years I have developed and managed teams in logistics, technology, eCommerce, store operations, merchandising / planning, finance, and others. As a student of the retail paradigm, I am aware of the current struggles facing the industry and how to employ technology to support and improve performance.

I have taken my experience and applied it to working with some of the most innovative and knowledgeable thinkers in the New York City Start-Up scene. We are not about disruption. We are about solving problems, applying new ideas and innovation to existing business models by improving service, lowering costs, and engaging customers.
