With over 20 years of experience in leading product and engineering teams, I am the founder and CEO of Codified, a company that is building the end-to-end data governance operating system. I have a proven track record of driving vision, strategy, and execution across a diverse set of consumer and enterprise products, delivering differentiated customer value while driving growth and profitability.

Prior to founding Codified, I was the senior vice president of product management at SingleStore, where I led the product and engineering teams that developed the leading distributed SQL database. Before that, I was the general manager at Microsoft, where I built and led high-performing and diverse teams across multiple geographies, spanning various product areas such as Azure, Office 365, and Windows. I have also authored multiple patents and publications in wireless and data technologies, and hold a General Management Program certificate from Harvard Business School and a BS in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech. I am passionate about solving complex problems, creating innovative solutions, and empowering customers and teams.
