Heather brings a diverse professional background to her current role as a CEO in the tech industry. Her career began as a labor and employment attorney at a top firm in Detroit, where she was able to influence social and economic change through her dedication to seek resolution over conflict. This passion led her to co-found Suchowski Law Firm, specializing in process-led systems designs to decrease legal risk while streamlining corporate efficiencies. The firm's niche expertise attracted large clients (including one of the "Big Three" autos) as well as several emerging companies in the tech industry.

After working with multiple tech start-ups, Heather discovered a love for the tech industry's agile working environment, which provided a natural fit with her expertise in process-led growth. She decided to take a leap from the law firm and go into tech full time. Heather started her career at Cloud Coach as General Counsel and quickly discovered a synergy with Cloud Coach's process-driven approach to project management. Heather was soon appointed COO due to her ability to lead people, design and implement processes, understand and evaluate financial and legal risk, combined with a natural ability to build relationships. Recently appointed CEO, Heather will continue to propel the company forward, placing high value on their employee engagement and growth, customer success and satisfaction, and an unrelenting drive to make Cloud Coach the premier experience in project software.

Heather now resides in Colorado and enjoys spending time with family and friends hiking, skiing, learning to play guitar and grabbing peaceful moments on the top of a mountain.
