I’m the founder and president of Bloom Nutrition, host of the Pursuit of Wellness Podcast, and creator of the SLAY App.

When I hit rock bottom both mentally and physically in 2018, I decided to take ownership of my life. I fell in love with wellness and transformed my life completely, but noticed the constant struggle to find health supplements that were made with high quality ingredients and tasted delicious. Inspired to help other women on their wellness journeys, I decided to launch Bloom — easy-to-use, effective, and delicious supplements that support wellness and help others Bloom into their best selves.
