Rob has been in a leadership role for various successful pre & post IPO companies and has had roles that include board member, CEO, COO, Head of Engineering & Product Management and Global Head of Sales & Marketing. He has successfully led in vertical markets such as Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare as well as horizontally focused platforms.

In his operational positions, based in USA, UK, Norway and India he has executed on 3 successful IPO's, 1 company sale to IBM as well as acquiring and integrating 11 companies. Rob has worked with VC backed (General Atlantic / Benchmark Capital / MMC) , Private Equity LBO's (TA, Francisco Partners and SilverLake) as well as for Public companies over the last 28 years - in SAAS & Enterprise Software.

As a CXO, Rob has successfully proved to be a catalyst for rapid growth, working with Customers to guide Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering and Sales to build more attractive propositions based on his deep and broad knowledge of customer needs and technology directions.
