Previously was the AVP of Product at Tokopedia, the leading e-commerce marketplace in Indonesia with mission to democratize commerce through technology. His work involved improving core marketplace platform to better connect customers and merchants across Indonesia

He also previously worked as consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he was involved in defining company strategy across various industries, including digital banking, mobile wallet and international expansion across multiple countries in Asia. He was the 2016 McKinsey & Company Regional Entrepreneur of the Year recipient and team Coach for Young Leaders for Indonesia. Prior to this, he was a product manager at Freelancer.com (ASX: FLN), Sydney, in charge of marketplace development and merger of acquired companies, with teams spanning across Australia, Philippines and Ukraine.

He was one of the two official representatives of Indonesia to the G20 Youth (Y20) Summit 2018 in Argentina. He is also a member of Global Shapers Jakarta, part of World Economic Forum family.

Vincent completed his Master of Engineering (Mechatronics) and Bachelor of Science (Mechanical) at The University of Melbourne, Australia in 2012 and 2010 respectively. He received Best International Graduate scholarship.
