I am the co-founder and chief customer officer at Transcend, a software company that automates the design of water treatment and electrical substation facilities. Our mission is to help our water & power utility, engineering firm, and equipment manufacturer clients save time and money, win more projects, keep their customers happy, and focus on complex, detailed engineering work.

With over 15 years of experience in water and energy industries, I have a proven track record of leading teams, developing sound business strategies, and creating innovative solutions in complex and challenging situations.

Some of my notable achievements include: founding a VC-backed startup that developed breakthrough robotic technologies for pipe repair, acquired by a publicly traded company in less than three years; leading the digital water division at General Electric, spearheading their venture capital efforts in water and developing new IoT products and services for water utilities; and living in Brazil as an expatriate and growing a small CPG business.

I believe communication and teamwork are critical components of a well functioning organization, especially in a remote world.

Outside of work I enjoy mentoring at-risk youth, philanthropy, and spending time outdoors with a fishing pole in hand!
