Tobias Fischer Singapore - Singapore

Tobias extensive career in FinTech and Alternative Lending spans nearly 10 years across Europe and Southeast Asia. As an entrepreneur, he has worked in many facets of the Alternative Lending and FinTech industry for several companies such as Rocket Internet, Capital Match, Grab Financial Services Asia (GFSA) and Impact Credit Solutions. Tobias co-founded Impact Credit Solutions (ICS), an institutional debt investor investing in consumer and SME loans in Southeast Asia, where he led deal sourcing, due diligence and structuring. Prior to ICS, Tobias was the first employee of Grab Financial Services Asia and rolled-out the regional lending programs in Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. He also held leading positions at Capital Match and Lendico.

Tobias served as an advisor to the Mekong Business Initiative (MBI), an Asian Development Bank (ADB) project focused on strengthening private sector development across Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar and Vietnam, with particular focus FinTech and regulations. Tobias holds an insurance broker license in Germany, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Osnabrueck.
