At urfuture, we’re transforming how young people discover and connect with jobs. We're the only job platform in the world that serves jobs to candidates ,we don’t wait for them to search. Instead, we use a proprietary matching algorithm to recommend jobs based on who they are removing bias.

We’re rewriting the entry-level recruitment for the 71% of young people who leave education each year without a clear direction. Our mobile-first app feels like Spotify, not a job board from the 1990s. It uses personalised matching to suggest careers and jobs that align with them. Swipe to apply, chat with employers instantly, and get matched in a way that feels personalised, not one size fits all.

We enable employers to reach a talent pool they can’t access anywhere else. Through TikTok where we’ve racked up over 100 million views and built the UK’s No.1 careers page we turn confusion into confidence, attracting diverse, high-intent applicants who may never have considered ur roles before.

And unlike traditional job boards that are riddled with bias and friction, we remove bias to increases diversity and boost retention by placing people where they’ll thrive.
