We partner with organizations of all sizes to create havens for women and families to feed and be fed. We build them into organizations' cultures, spaces, and experiences in an easy, innovative, and delightful way.

With every experience and every touchpoint, business stakeholders get the ease and confidence they need to create inclusion, deepen employee and customer loyalty, and be seen as heroes. Parents get the safety, nourishment, and confidence boost they need to thrive as parents and professionals.

Like a bat signal for breastfeeding, our logo is seen as a universal signal of welcome and support for women and families.

At pumpspotting we're empowering women at work with community-based tech that makes it easier for companies to create inclusive, feeding-friendly cultures and for parents to feed both family and career. I'm passionate about building communities, empowering mothers in the workforce, human-centric design, and telling brand stories.

As a working mother of two, I felt deep isolation while trying to navigate the demands of both my career and breastfeeding. It inspired me to unite the nursing and pumping women of the world and to create a solution that makes it easy for organizations to attract, support, and delight families.

In a quest to support mothers and families our pumpspotting team traveled 45,000 miles cross-country on our 40-foot RV called the Breast Express. We have since helped over 55,000 women meet their breastfeeding goals, pitched on a moving escalator on Apple’s reality show Planet of the Apps, been featured in FastCompany, and named a Next 1000 Entrepreneur by Forbes.

I’m passionate about creating feeding-friendly cultures and supporting women in their endeavors to work and mother, nurse and pump, and build companies that help women thrive.

If you seek to engage and retain your working parents, schedule a visit from our Breast Express, or enlist me to speak, please connect!
