Project Highlights:
Network Backups: Recommended and implemented a Dell based backup solution consisting of Dell 2950, PowerVault 124t, and MD1000 for a daily, weekly and monthly routine with B2D and tape duplication for offsite storage.

RDS Implementation: Implemented Remote Desktop Services based on Windows 2008 server technology to replace an older more expensive Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 system.

Remote User Automated Backups: Discovered a need for an automated backup solution for remote users who were not able to complete their job based backups. Implemented a

Backup Exec Agent based system to automate backups and streamline bandwidth utilization for remote staff.

Endpoint Encryption: automated a seemless deployment of pc encryption software across the enterprise to 350 pc's with no user interaction with no issues. Recently we upgraded the system to the latest version with no down-time.

Track-IT! Implementation: Researched and acquired Track-IT! to bring better management to a globally dispersed helpdesk to manage Work Orders. This new system enhanced accountability and time to resolution for Work Orders.

OpManager: Configured OpManager for entire system monitoring and notifications 24/7 to satisfy a global workforce.
Network Storage: Replaced out outaded expensive scsci based SAN with a more robust Dell based MD3000 system.
