I started at Cincinnati Bell in 2001 after attending graduate school at the University of Cincinnati. What I thought would be a short stop has turned into a career at this amazing company, where today I serve as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Like every technology company, Cincinnati Bell continues to evolve and innovate in order to support our customers. We are building robust fiber networks in Greater Cincinnati and Hawaii to support high-speed Internet, and our IT services business supports enterprise customers around the world. Since 2017, we’ve expanded our footprint well beyond Greater Cincinnati and today have approximately 4,500 employees working throughout the United States and Canada, as well as parts of India and Europe.

One thing hasn’t changed: Our commitment to the communities we serve. Cincinnati Bell and its employees are regularly among the most generous in supporting nonprofit organizations dedicated to providing health, education, and employment opportunities. This support includes financial contributions, as well as volunteering more than 20,000 hours each year. Our employees truly live the company’s values: Humility, Integrity, and Being Inclusive.

My passions away from work include spending time with my family, playing guitar, and skiing. My guiding principles are to be kind and serve others.
