I lead Portfolio Operations for Zephyr Peacock, an SME focused growth PE fund in India. Focus on helping build portfolio companies via management support, operational assistance and business expansion. Positions held include CEO at e2E Rail (2015-2020); Director on the boards of Loanzen Technologies, 20Cube Logistics, Swarna Pragati.

Prior to Zephyr, I was a Strategic Marketing Manager with Honeywell Fluorine Products. I was responsible for new product development, strategy, commercialization and marketing of Fluorine products in India and Turkey. I was also the Global Product Manager for Solstice GBA (Gas Blowing Agent) for foam applications in Europe, Middle East, Africa, India and Australia.

Prior to Honeywell, I was a Consultant with McKinsey & Company, India where I have over 5 years of experience in strategy, operations and marketing projects in India, Africa, Europe and US. I have worked with clients in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, metals and mining, EPC and telecom domains.

I am a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where I was placed on the Institute honor roll. I also hold a B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from VJTI, University of Bombay, where I was ranked first in my batch.
