We partner with a wide range of high-quality suppliers to import their catalogs and product data, and then our core technology allows us to organize and search our massive catalog of millions of components with filters that let you find and compare components and approaches across many vendors.

We think about our site not as just another parts store, but as a powerful tool that empowers our customers to create the best products they can quicker than ever before.

I've spent my entire career building companies to make hardware as easy as software. I'm very passionate about bringing the industry into the 21st century to unlock a new world of hardware invention by creating tools that give engineers superpowers of creation.

Beyond starting companies, I've also built several hardware communities (HackPittsburgh, r/HWStartups, SF Hardware Startup Meetup, and more) and also formally advise several companies in the space and am always willing to help founders in the space who need help.
