Currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Visual Edge IT. Today my responsibilities focus on (but are not limited to) five key areas.

Strategy and planning – leading annual planning process, compiling market analysis with operational data for executive and board discussions. Developing short- and long-term strategies to support the growth and goals of the business.

Data analytics (Domo and OneStream) – building an analytics team, overseeing platform implementation, establishing KPIs and real-time reporting dashboards, embedding data into business processes and operations management. I also leverage Domo for business intelligence and data visualization to aggregate data from 30+ acquired operating companies across the continental United States and drive business transformation.

Marketing leadership – championing the implementation of a marketing organization at the corporate level. Identifying and supporting strategic initiatives for brand identity, audience research, and the use of technology and generative AI in marketing structure and practices.

Business development – identifying acquisition candidates, developing relationships, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, working with private equity and commercial lenders. My most recent capital raise was $50M in equity linked junior capital and $100M in senior credit facilities. I have acquired over 40 companies during my career.

Business transformation – driving toward a single brand and one company from 30 separate operating companies to two regions with centralization of operations to drive efficiencies, expansion into new lines of business, and sourcing and managing consulting teams to assess operations and implement change.
