Emiel has founded and operated various businesses servicing the real estate industry since he was 14 years old. His exposure and experiences alongside facility and property managers have provided him with a unique insight regarding the challenges faced when working with vendors. Emiel understood that the current vendor process is decentralized, painful and out-of-date. This lead Emiel to establish VendorPM - a software platform that empowers facility and property managers to streamline efficiency and cost control in planning services and receiving quotes from existing vendors and new vendors that have been reviewed by other real estate organizations.

In less than a year, Emiel and the VendorPM team have successfully scaled its platform across Canada accumulating thousands of vendors and is utilized daily by real estate owners and managers of all asset classes both large and small as well as major institutional Canadian real estate corporations.
