Gaurav Khandelwal is the founder and CEO of Velostics. Velostics is a logistics platform purpose-built to reduce wait time and increase throughput by eliminating manual work at plants and warehouses. Velostics' solutions enable carriers and facilities to optimize their logistics with data driven insights into their operations.

Gaurav got exposed to logistics via his digital innovation company, ChaiOne, a pioneer in behavioral science led digital solutions that are reimagining plant, field, supply chain processes that reduce cost, increase adoption and elevate customer experience.

In addition to his role at ChaiOne, Gaurav is also a key contributor to Houston’s innovation ecosystem and entrepreneurial community. In 2012, he founded START, the city’s first tech co-working space for startups. It hosted more than 50 Shark Tank type events with 100 plus startups — providing a unique platform for local area entrepreneurs to pitch their ideas to creatives, investors, and technologists.

He is a board member with Houston Exponential, leading Houston's efforts to establish itself as a tech hub. Gaurav is keenly involved with poverty alleviation for slum kids in India via his board position at Magic Bus. Magic Bus has educated over 1 million kids in India via their network of 9000 volunteer teachers.
