I lead and build small- and mid-cap consumer-focussed businesses (EV's usually <$300m). My sweet spot is growing tech-enabled, purpose-driven entities. At times these have been global market leaders, at others disrupters in their own space. They have sometimes had pure growth agendas, and at others required an element of turnaround / value prop repositioning / digital transformation. We’re in scale-up mode which has been a great bridge between my experience of start-up a few years ago and my more recent experience of running more established, market leading businesses. There are elements of marketplace, tech platform and SaaS in this business, so my role focusses heavily on the disciplines of customer satisfaction, growth rate, NRG, LTV:CAC and ARR.
