I’ve run communications teams for large, listed companies, but at heart I’m a numbers person. Anyone who’s worked with me knows, I hate wasting time and effort. So, I’ve jumped out of corporate life to fix a problem that hounds all comms teams – employee comms systems are just not up to the job. So much effort and thoughtful work goes into planning and writing great comms, that are sent out hoping to land. There are no real measurement tools.

The fix is in the data. So we've built a analytics platform based on machine learning and AI methodology. It’s not a new channel. We analyse hidden data from exisiting comms channels to improve cut-through. By enhancing the performance of current comms channels, we discover the information and create the recommendations needed to build sophisticated tailored comms campaigns.

Our simple aim is to save the time and frustration around work comms for everyone - employees, leaders, shareholders and the comms teams. Tapping deep data to optimise and revolutionise employee comms in the ways Google and Amazon already do for digital marketing, can now be available to optimise your company’s existing communications channels.
