Hero was a new breed of technology that accelerates omnichannel sales for the world's leading retailers by connecting online shoppers live with associates in the physical store.

Prior to Hero, Alistair was the CEO of m-commerce specialist Grapple and grew the business from start-up to one of the industry’s biggest success stories, securing a $90m exit in September 2013 to Monitise PLC where he joined as a European President before progressing to Chief Sales Officer, moving to California to run the US office and report to the Global Board.
