ThirdLove is a female-founded, women’s lifestyle brand that offers elevated essentials including bras, underwear, loungewear and more, all designed by women, for women. Co-founders Heidi Zak and Ra’el Cohen set out to revolutionize the bra shopping experience and create a product that would help women look and feel amazing.

At ThirdLove, our teammates take ownership, are curious and adaptable, and constantly innovate with grit and focus. Our culture prioritizes individual goals and development so that every teammate can become the best version of themselves, and for two years in a row we’ve been certified as a Great Place to Work.

In 2022, we acquired Kit Undergarments, a cult favorite intimates brand founded by celebrity stylists Jamie Mizrahi and Simone Harouche, to offer youthful and style-forward designs to a younger demographic. We also began opening retail stores, with four locations in our home state of California and more across the country.

ThirdLove is the largest donor of women’s undergarments in the United States, donating more than $50 million worth of products to women in need, and we support early-stage companies run by female entrepreneurs of color through our TL Effect program. To learn more, visit www.thirdlove.com
