I'm deeply passionate about building loved and trusted products that help individuals navigate their careers and help organizations attract - and keep - great people.

I'm also a believer in investing deeply in company culture to build an organization that lasts, and sharing lessons learned - the wins and the not-so-much's - to help other companies do the same. Previously I worked on vaccine introduction in Rwanda and Malawi with the Clinton Health Access Initiative and before that, at the management consultancy McKinsey & Company. I also wrote "The New Rules of Work," which was published by Crown Business / Penguin Random House in April 2017 and quickly became a Wall Street Journal National Bestseller. Now I spend every waking hour thinking about The Muse.

On the rare occasion that you catch me outside of work, I'm an adventurous traveler -- 60 countries and counting -- and avid lover of snacks.
