Edgeir is the CEO and co-founder of Tibber, the world's first digital energy consumer service.

Previously he held the position as EVP of Software & Business Development in Enoro Group, a leading provider of smart energy software solutions. Prior to this he held the position as CEO of Enoro's Norwegian software company for two years.

Edgeir started his career during his studies as co-founder of the startup Deriga in Trondheim. Deriga delivered secure software solutions for the health care industry and achieved a profitable growth since day one. In 2006 Deriga was sold to Visma, the largest software corporation in the Nordics. In Visma Edgeir held several key positions as Product Manager, Development manager, Director of Strategy and Program Manager for new cloud solutions.

Edgeir holds a Master of Science degree from NTNU in Computer Science (major) combined with Finance & Innovation (minor). During his studies he played a key role in building the on campus innovation society Start NTNU, Start Norge and was Member of the Board in Norway's first on campus business incubator, Innovasjonssenter Gløshaugen.
