The good stuff is at the borders- at the intersections. I'm particularly interested in the intersection of "useful stuff" and "entertaining stuff" and try and manifest this interest into most of my work. For example:

- Name, Place, Animal, Thing - an inspiring fable about hope, positivity, and living your best life. #NPAT, now an Amazon bestseller, is a non-fiction book written as a (modern) fable. Soon to be a cohort-based-course at Maven.com

- A talk at the TED main stage in NYC on "Lessons from two-thousand obituaries". The obituaries are something I regularly read and derive inspiration from.

- A stand-up set at the Comedy Cellar in New York City- on everyday observations, cultural and linguistic differences, and on being a "stranger in a strange land". Some serious stuff here!

I was the first volunteer at ShareMyCake Charitable Foundation, a non-profit that was launched by my wife to raise a more ‘giving’ generation of kids. I also advise many startups, formally and informally, and am on the board of a public company. Till 2020, I was the CEO and Co-Founder of Unmetric Inc, a branded content analytics company. Unmetric was acquired by Falcon.io, a Cision company, and is now a part of Platinum Equity, a $23 billion Private Equity firm.
