During 18+ years of my career in diverse areas like startup & strategic recruitment, talent branding, career guidance, business partnering, corporate training and people management etc.
I have been lucky enough to work in some awesome places at the right time of my career. Have worked with amazing Computer Science Research minds , Tech Leaders and Business Leaders and a bunch of early to growth stage founders as my stake holders, peers or colleagues . It was possible due to my career opportunities at Microsoft Research Labs, Aol India, Flipkart in its early days , Practo in early days and a Venture Capital firm before I called it quits as an employee and wanted to go give my shot as a founder to solve the problem that I was always passionate about.

By being a very curious and passionate about solving problems specially recruitment space and people gamut, I have always enjoyed my recruiting background and research and here's how:

As a recruiting professional in past, I have always been one of the early adopters and experimented many newcomers and old players in several areas like

- SaaS Solutions for Recruitment
- Hired more recruiters just because there was a temporary spike in hiring

Advocated some or all of the above as "Quick fixes" only to realise nothing actually solved for recruitment in the long run and at a holistic level. Rewiring in Hiring was needed!

All this helped me learn one of the biggest lessons in my professional life. Learned a true difference between a feature and a Product and the fact that building a feature is not wise and scalable specially when one wants to solve a complex problem in the business of people :)
