We're hiring! Come save the world: https://spideroak.com/jobs/

Began as an Engineer, quickly moved into Product Management and became hooked on the commercial application of technology. Managing products led to managing people and I discovered long ago the pleasure of working with high performing teams and my ability to eliminate barriers to their success. I thrive when there are obstacles in my way.

• Led transformation of Cision’s Product, Engineering, and IT teams, resulting in acquisition by GTCR.
• Created Emmi’s product strategy and executed roadmap, resulting in acquisition by Primus.
• Built Allscripts ePrescribe business unit from no product and zero revenue to $20M annual revenue in 4 yrs. Recruited and led entire organization of 40 staff, including sales, customer support, engineering, and professional services.
• Led Dictaphone’s global Product Management team from bankruptcy to profitability, resulting in strategic acquisition by Nuance for $357M.

Making decisions which directly impact business outcomes is incredibly important to me. It's hard to take a back seat when driving is so much fun. Examples of what I’ve been able to achieve leading talented teams and making the right decisions:

• Led Cision’s combined Product and Engineering team of 250 through 5 acquisitions + 2 divestitures, growing revenue by 515% in less than 2 years.
• Led Allscripts ePrescribe through 4 mergers, including successful acquisition of our #1 competitor.

Energetic transformational leader/innovative thinker with a track record of delivering successful outcomes in complex scenarios. Diverse industry knowledge leading multiple functions (engineering, product, ops and business development). Proven ability to design and execute effective bottom-line enhancing strategies.
