I am so honored to partner with a great friend and colleague, Ling Shao, to improve access to high-quality ABA therapy for kids with Autism across the country and around the world. I'm responsible for leading the company's brand, design and go-to-market efforts in support of patient acquisition and business partnerships and growth. I managed interim finance and operations efforts to support SpectrumAi's seed financing and initial launch.

Outside of work I love playing, watching and coaching many sports, I enjoy reading (listening to...) books on math, physics and the history of science, and love working with my hands on DIY home projects with my wife and three excellent kids and fix (and/or not fix, in some cases) appliances and small engines. Nothing quite as satisfying as getting something working, that wasn't.

I am most energized by an ability to use both my analytic and creative competencies to develop novel strategic solutions to difficult challenges and practical implementation. I am fortunate to have worked with very early stage digital health start-ups that changed the course of the industry from extremely humble beginnings. And I am thankful for having the opportunity to work with amazing mentors colleagues over the years across all walks-of-life including clinical, technology, finance, operations, sales and account management, user experience and design, and, of course, marketing, that have led to life-long friendships.
