My background includes leadership roles in both short and long cycle businesses, including aviation, energy, and various industrial markets. I have successfully led financial turnarounds, rightsized and restructured organizations, and achieved world-class safety performance. I am fluent in English and French, and have a Bachelor of Engineering degree from McGill University. My key competencies include P&L leadership, new product introduction, business development, global commercial and manufacturing operations, focused cost management, acquisition strategy, business restructuring/turnaround, and union negotiations.
