Founded in 2024 by a team of seasoned cyber and national security operators, innovators, and investors, Rilian was built in direct response to rising geopolitical tensions threatening global security. We recognized that global markets face diverse security challenges, and that the value of sophisticated security technology is consistently frustrated by complex regulatory requirements and environments where commercial cloud providers aren't an option.

To address this, we built Caspian, an agentic security orchestration platform pre-trained by leading practitioners on real-world protocols. It amplifies every analyst, unifies every tool in your stack, and deploys into air-gapped, compliance-restricted environments in days, not months.

Christian is an entrepreneur and investor who draws on his multifaceted, international experience to spearhead new ventures, reimagine the way things could be, and break the things that should be better.

Christian’s career is marked by applying best-in-breed technology to reduce friction, improve customer engagement, and enhance transparency. He founded multiple companies serving the high-tech, digital marketing, and financial service industries. He is also a producer of the APEX movie series and co-founder of the /DRIVE automotive enthusiast network.

Christian holds a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern and a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering + Bachelor’s of Science in Business & Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology, as well as the CISSP®, CSEP®, PMP®, and PSP® professional accreditations. He is a Gotham Fellow and splits his time between New York City and Dubai.
