Saad has 13+ years of experience building and managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams; hiring and retaining top talent; building, launching and scaling multiple products (several gained prominence); negotiating and closing win-win strategic partnerships; working closely with product, engineering, marketing, and legal to deliver results; finding innovative product opportunities to grow the platform. The largest team he has managed was 250+.

Saad started his first tech company at the age of 14, ran a mobile game studio for 7+ years where they focused on making high-quality mid-core and strategy games on mobile.

In 2011 he started Caramel Tech Studios, a mobile game focused company partnering with some of the best game companies in the world (Scopely, EA, Kabam). He also built a company Fizz, Chat as a Service cloud service for apps and games, with real-time translation in 34+ languages. Part of the Caramel Tech team became Revolving Games, Inc. of which he’s a founding Board Member and looks after strategy.
