As CEO and co-founder of Reejig, I am an innovative and entrepreneurial leader with a track record in designing and managing complex workforce strategies for large private and public organisations. For almost two decades, I worked across the UK, Ireland, Middle East, South East Asia, China, Australia and New Zealand - and delivered some of Australia’s largest billion-dollar projects including the Melbourne Metro, Roy Hill, W2B and Sydney Metro.

As head of workforce strategy at WSP, I grew increasingly frustrated with being unable to find a technology solution capable of integrating and managing all of the skills, knowledge and intelligence I needed to design complex workforce strategies, at scale. At this time, I was trying to mobilise Australia’s largest infrastructure project and was working with seven different talent and HR systems.

I knew there had to be a better way, and in 2018, I joined forces with some of the brightest international minds in workforce strategy, HR, data science, software engineering and operations to build an innovative technology solution. After two years of obsessive R&D and inspired productive collaborations with corporate HR leaders and leading technology partners, we launched Reejig’s Workforce Intelligence Platform to radically change the way organisations manage their workforce.

I believe talent acquisition and talent management working together are critical in creating resilient and adaptable workforces. I have committed my career to helping organisations create a world where talent moves smoothly in and around an organisation. I am also obsessed with designing meaningful careers at scale - this means making sure Reejig’s recommendations benefit the individual to provide career opportunity, support wellbeing and remove career vulnerability.

I am also passionate about the ethical use of AI within talent selection and management. Inclusive intelligence and diversity are at the heart of Reejig’s technology to enable organisations to make ethical, fair and transparent talent decisions.
