After operating self-storage facilities for over 20 years, the model needed updating. The self-storage business was not serving the business community, which requires flexible, expandable space with room to store inventory and manage it. I created the first CustomSpace (Soon to be rebranded: ReadySpaces) facility to provide small and medium-size businesses with the infrastructure to compete effectively with larger companies. We offer units of various sizes as well as the infrastructure and amenities to go with it. Expanding on my original vision, ReadySpaces now has 18 locations and is looking to open a total of 50 facilities by 2023.
