I have been working in the field of digital health and e-health for several years, with a specific focus on connected medical devices, hospital IT, and medical imaging. I have been working in the public and private sectors, including startups, and I am co-founder and CEO of RDS.
I have a scientific and a medical background, and I like to communicate to share my passion for technologies and innovations and how they can improve healthcare.
Thanks to my different positions, I gained significant management experience, including team management, P&L management, growth strategies and M&A. I have also been in charge of managing several very large projects, in France and in Europe.
My goals are "results oriented", with a strong focus on team involvement through empowerment and active listening. I like to unite and manage teams on ambitious projects and solutions, and create the conditions for transformation and collaborative innovation.
